Who we are is a website intended to assist people in need of home care to find carers, and also for carers to find caring positions. The two groups of people are able to find each other by visiting our website and browsing the respective listings and then making contact with the person who posted the listing. All of the core functionality of our website is totally free, but there are also paid listing options which users may wish to make use of.

In a nutshell, the primary purpose of our website is to allow work seekers, prospective employers and recruiters to find each other.

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. This policy sets out how we will collect, retain and process any data that you share with us, or that we may collect from you.

For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), is a “Data Processor”. This means that we are responsible for deciding how we retain and use personal information.

The personal data that we collect includes things such as your name, surname, age, gender, photo of yourself or others, email address, telephone number and, in some instances, your address. If you are a work seeker we might also collect the details of the kind of work you are looking for and your preferred work location. If you decide to upload a CV, we will keep that information for as long you want to keep your account with our website. If you are somebody who is looking for a carer for you or another person, other information that we may collect about you could include the gender, age, name, location and details of any health conditions that you or that person may have. We wish to emphasize that this is not exhaustive list as certain people may choose to submit more types of information than is listed above.

What do we do with your personal data?

By making use of our website, it is understood that work seekers are actively soliciting contact from prospective employers and recruiters about opportunities which match the work seekers’ fields of interest. Likewise, it is understood that prospective employers and recruiters are actively soliciting contact from prospective work seekers. If you are a work seeker we will therefore make your personal data available to recruiters and employers who use our website to find suitable employees for specific roles that they are seeking to fill. And, if you are a prospective employer or recruiter, your personal data will be made available to work seekers.

If you are a work seeker, we will share your personal information with other websites and/or companies, in order to facilitate your search for work. How long do we retain your data for?

Personal data that we process for any purpose or purposes shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose or those purposes.

In general, we will retain your personal data for a period of 72 months, after which it will be deleted.

Notwithstanding the other provisions of this section, we may retain your personal data where such retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.


For work seekers, prospective employers, recruiters and all other users of our website alike, we will use your personal data to manage your account and also provide you with alerts and relevant information relevant to what you have used our website for. Such correspondence can include emails, text messages, social media messages, phone calls, snail mail and other forms of communication. This correspondence might also include direct content from other providers that we may share your information with. Our only intention is to provide you with a professional service that meets your needs and, to that effect, we may from time to time decide that another may have something that would be of interest to you. Use of our website signifies your acceptance to receive marketing correspondence from us or any of our nominated partners.
